What we take into account here.
Every area has its own particularities. These are some we check before giving a quote.
- Access and parkingOn narrow streets or with limited access, we coordinate assembly day with the furniture delivery and packaging removal.
- Near the seaHumidity and salt air: we choose materials and finishes that better withstand the coastal environment.
- Residents' associations and urbanisationsWe check the building's hours and rules before starting.
- Owners who don't live hereWe work without you having to be there: we send photos of the progress and the result, and we either keep the keys or arrange them with your concierge, property manager or someone you trust.
Do you work across the whole municipality of Alicante?
Yes, across the whole municipality: the town centre and the urbanisations.
Do you assemble kitchens bought in Alicante shops?
Yes. We assemble kitchens and furniture from any shop or manufacturer; if needed, we also collect and bring them.
Do I need a permit to renovate in Alicante?
It depends on the scope of the work. The owner applies for the licence or declaración responsable at Alicante City Council; we give you a written description of the work to submit with it.
Can you do small jobs in Alicante?
Yes: a wardrobe, a bed or a few kitchen units are a job for us too. There’s no fixed minimum: the price depends on the job, and if the address is far away, travel is added.
