How is this different from finding me a professional?
With the search, you hire the professional yourself. With full management, you hire us: we hire, pay and answer for the result.
Who is responsible if something goes wrong?
We are: you are our client. The work we manage carries a 12-month warranty, and if something goes wrong, we sort it out with the professional.
Can I follow it from outside Spain?
Yes, with progress photos and calls. We keep the keys ourselves or arrange them with your concierge or property manager.
