Services
Full renovations on the Costa Blanca.
We renovate flats, apartments and villas from start to finish: new layout, installations and finishes, with a single contact person and a scope defined in writing.
What's included
Everything your home needs, coordinated.
Every renovation is different. These are the jobs we usually combine; the exact scope is defined with you.
Demolition and preparation
Removal of existing fittings, protection of common areas and surface preparation.
New layout
New spaces with partitions and plasterboard: opening up the kitchen, adding a bathroom, joining rooms.
Installations
Renewed plumbing, electrics and lighting. What doesn't require a licence we do ourselves; gas, the fuse board and new circuits are done by a licensed installer.
Kitchen and bathrooms
Layout, tiling, shower trays, furniture, worktops and final assembly.
Floors, walls and painting
Porcelain, laminate or vinyl, wall smoothing, ceilings and painting.
Joinery and finishes
Doors, skirting boards, wardrobes and the details that make everything fit.

Questions
About full renovations.
Do I need a permit for a full renovation?
It depends on the municipality and the scope of the work. The owner applies for the licence or declaración responsable at the Town Council; we give you a written description of the work to submit with it.
Can I live at home during the works?
For a full renovation it’s usually not advisable. If it’s done in phases, it’s sometimes possible; we plan it together.
How long does a full renovation take?
It depends on the floor area and the scope. We give you an estimated timeframe with the quote.
Who buys the materials?
We can take care of it or you can choose them yourself. We make it clear in the quote.
Do you work with owners who don't live here?
Yes, you don’t need to be there. We send you photos of the progress and the result, and we either keep the keys ourselves or arrange them with your concierge, property manager or someone you trust.
